Why You Shouldn't Leave Nude1 Photos of Yourself on Your Cell Phone

The 23-year-old woman lost her cell phone in a restaurant parking lot. By the next morning, someone was texting nude photos of her to everyone.

As regular readers have learned many times before, it's rarely wise to leave photographs of yourself naked in any place where they can easily be sent to lots and lots of people. But it took a 23-year-old woman's lost cell phone to remind her of this valuable lesson...
She was chowing last Friday night at the Copper2 River Grill3 in Boiling Springs, South Carolina. She believes she lost her cell phone in the parking lot as she was leaving.
Lo and behold4, the next day people on her phone's contact list began receiving text messages from her phone. That wouldn't be much of a problem -- if the messages didn't include attachments5 with naked photos of the phone's owner.
The woman, we presume, had kept an archive of her barenakedness in her phone. You never know when you're going to have a nude photograph emergency.
The woman called the cops, who apparently6 still haven't found the person who enjoys sharing pictorial7 representations of the female form. The bigger problem was that Boost Mobile, her provider, didn't disconnect her phone until Monday, leaving her friends, family, distant acquaintances and professional associates the entire weekend to behold the onslaught of pictures.
A fun time was had by all.
