英语词汇：“旅游法”热词

　　The draft law sets operating standards for travel businesses and scenic¹ areas, and prohibits travel agencies from forcing tourists to purchase goods.

　　该草案设定了旅游行业和景点的运行标准，同时禁止旅行社强迫游客购物。

　　Force tourists to purchase goods就是草案禁止的“强迫购物”，即forced shopping。草案还针对free tour（零团费）和incentive tour（负团费）旅游经营模式做出规定，旅行社不得以低于成本的价格招揽、组织、接待旅游者。同时要求package tour（跟团旅游）项目应签署fixed-price contracts（固定价格合同），明确交通、住宿、餐饮等旅游服务的安排和标准。

　　在scenic spots（景点）运营方面，草案规定景点门票要遵守政府pricing system（定价机制），门票价格变动要提前6个月公示。另外，景点还要control the maximum number of tourists（控制游客人数上限），以保证游客安全。
