A：I feel chilly¹ and I've got a pain in my abdomen².  我觉得发冷并且我腹部也感到痛

B：How long have you had it?  你像这样有多久了?

A：Almost a week.  几乎一周了。

B：I think you've got a cold.  我想你是受凉了。

A：What should I do?  我该怎么办?

B：I'll give you some medicine,and you will be better in a couple of days.  我给你一些药,过两天你就会好的。
