(单词翻译)

It was dark, it was night. I was under the influence of alcohol.

Josh Seeder says he wasn’t thinking when he went No.1 in the number 1 reservoir at Mount Tabor. It happened in the wee hours Wednesday morning. Surveillance video shows the shenanigans leading up to it. Josh’s friends throwing things into the water, then he says, it just happened.

--With the split of a second, I mean, take urine in there. Right afterwards, I felt guilty. I knew I did wrong when I did it.

He barely had time to zip up his pants before security guards got there. Josh has not been charged with the crime but it could happen and he just doesn’t get why.

--They have been pulling out animal, dead animals, other species and how am I the first one to pee in the, oh, pee in the fountain?

No, but he was caught. And it’s going to be an expansive flush for the city of Portland. About 36,000 dollars, 7,500 to drain the reservoir plus the 28,000 dollars worth of drinking water down the drain. Not to mention the serious eco factor.

--That is disgusting. I didn’t know it was a water supply otherwise I would not have done it. I thought it was a sewage plant.

Josh says he’s sorry he was drunk. It was stupid. But he thinks the city should also take some responsibility.

--They are gonna be so uptight1 about me, making an accident like I did, why aren't they gonna do anything to prevent that.
