日常英语口语：赛事中的＂申诉＂

伦敦奥运会男子吊环决赛中，中国选手陈一冰以完美的动作赢得了一枚银牌，引发不少质疑。也有人提出疑问，为何中国队不申诉。

China was gagged from appealing because the two shared the same 6.8 difficulty and rules stipulate¹ execution scores cannot be altered.

因两人难度分同为6.8，而（国际体联）规定完成分是不能更改的，所以中国队无法提出申诉 。

Appeal 就是“ 申诉 ”，“对…提出申诉”在美式英语中可以直接用appeal something，英式英语则用appeal against something，如：appeal (against) the decision。国际体联规定，运动员只能对自己的 difficulty （ 难度分 ）进行申诉，对自己的 execution score （ 完成分 ）、对方的难度分和完成分都不能申诉。
