 　　Chinese Premier1 Li Keqiang has said that India and China, the two Asian giants, need to establish stronger economic ties.

　　中国总理李克强表示，中国与印度均是亚洲大国，两国应该建立更紧密的经济关系。
　　Li was speaking at an Indian Council of World Affairs in New Delhi during a three-day visit there. Li said China and India are both enormous markets with a major potential for growth, and the two nations’ strengths complement2 each other. He also said that increasing economic cooperation would lead to growth in both countries.

　　He noted3 China and India have very broad space for cooperation and development. China is willing to work with India and other countries of south Asia to play its due role in making Asia a land of peace, development and cooperation. Li stressed that China regards India as an important partner in international affairs.
