　　You：In fact, the biggest problem has to do with money. Money is at the heart of the matter.

　　David：Well, the rent of an apartment depends on the value of the area where the apartment is located² and it also depends on the size of the apartment. It is very common for students to live together in order to split³ the rent.

　　You：Good idea. That way they can help each other out.

　　David：Advertisements for housemates are common in the newspaper. These ads explain what kind of person you are looking for.

　　报纸上有很多征室友的广告，只要在上面说明你想找什么样的室友就行了。
