　　你认为你已经准备好就任比以前责任更重大的职位了吗？

　　Certainly.

　　当然。

　　I've gone as far as I can go in my present job.

　　对于现在的工作，能做到的我都已经做到了。

　　I have been in my current position for five years and have learned¹ everything possible.

　　我在现在这个职位上已经做了5年，可以学的事情也都学会了。

　　My boss is very pleased with my work and I receive almost perfect performance reviews,

　　上司对我的工作表现非常满意，我的绩效考核成绩几乎都是最好的。

　　but the current position has no room for growth for me and there is no position I can be advanced to at least in the foreseeable future.

　　但是在这个职位上我已经没有成长的空间，并且短时间内也没有我可以晋升的职位。

　　I know I am capable² of greater achievements.

　　我知道我有能力取得更大的成绩。

　　That is why I'm interviewing for this position.

　　这也是我来面试的原因。

　　no room for growth 没有成长

　　对于这个问题，当然要回答“Yes”,但是要举例说明为什么你这么认为。
