　　为什么你在三年内/短期内换了那么多份工作？

　　Yes，you could say that,but as you can see,I always moved to positions with more reponsibilities and opportunities to acquire new skills.

　　是的，您说的没错。但是，如同您看到的，我换一次工作，所在职位担负的责任就越大，学到新技能的机会也越多。

　　I'm a quaick learner and an efficient worker.

　　我学习能力强，而且工作有效率。

　　I had accomplished¹ as much as I could in each job and I felt it was time to move on for greater challenges and to make even greater contributions,whenever a new opportunity was presented.

　　每一份工作我都尽全力完成。我认为，不论什么时候，只要机会来临，就该去接受更大的挑战，做出更大的贡献。

　　After each move,my value as an employee grew.

　　每换一次工作，我身为一个雇员的价值便会随之增加。

　　回答问题时，应以提升自己的资历为主要的换工作理由进行说明，要展现出自己的积极性，并且将重点放在职业前景上。即使回答“换工作时判断失误”，“因为年轻不懂事”，也要强调今后会稳定地工作。绝对不要给出如“因为跳槽后待遇更好”之类的答案。
