What do your subordinates think of you?

They think I am an expert in the IT field and also that I treat them fairly.
Some past subordinates said I'm intense and demanding, but that is because I have high expecations for them.
They probably have to work harder for me than other bosses, but they know that brings the best of them.
All the people who worked for me said they learned more from me than anyone else.
What do your subordinates think are your strengths/weakness?
