　　I look for challenges,opportunities to grow professionally and personally,and opportunities to make a difference for the company I work for and the customers it serves.

　　我在寻找富有挑战性，职业和个人素质皆能有所发展，并且可以为公司和顾客带来改变的机会。

　　We will spend most of our waking hours at the workplace-the job makes up the core¹ of one's life in many ways.

　　除了睡觉，我们大部分时间都在工作场所度过，也就是说，在很多方面，工作其实是我们生活的重心。

　　Then it has to bring some meaning to your life,not just a paycheck.

　　因此，工作不仅应该为我们带来报酬，还必须为我们的人生带来某些意义。

　　I need to get a sense of fulfillment from a job.
