Michelle Wright: BlackBerry users you can breathe or email a sigh of relief, but now a Virginia judge is taking more time to decide whether to shut down the BlackBerry email devices in a patent dispute case. But Judge James Spencer did take makers1 of the BlackBerry to task, saying there's no escaping the fact that a jury ruled against them years ago. Michelle Wright: Tax preparer H&R Block admit / they underestimated their own income tax rates in previous quarters, which means they now owe about 32 million in back taxes.

"They have to restate earnings4 going all the way back to 2004. Now, here's the thing, if you are H&R Block, and you think you might owe 20 million, just pay 30 million - overpay, and you can apply to the next year, which is what a lot of people do, I mean, if you ever not wanna make a mistake, this is a company that doesn't wanna. "

Michelle Wright: As the president continues his push for new energy initiatives, Energy Secretary Sam Bodman says, we need to start looking at ethanol to soon become the main alternative fuel for our vehicles.

Sam Bodman : Ethanol alcohol is produced in significant quantities today in the mid-west from corn. At the research program that the president has proposed , they will call for the use of other agricultural waste materials that can be converted into ethanol in a new process that we are working on.

Michelle Wright:The president has set a national goal of replacing more than 75% of our oil imports from the Middle East by 2025. Meanwhile, crude oil futures5 soared more than $2 a barrel on Wall Street today, after news of a suicide bomb attack in Saudi Arabia, which triggered worries about supply from the world's top crude producer.
