　　A:Good moming, Oriental¹ Electric Limited.

　　A:旱晨好，东方电子有限公司。

　　B:Hello, this is Catherine. I am calling about the appointment with Mr. Liu for this afternoon. Something has just come up. I am afraid the appointment will have to be rescheduled. I am very sorry about the change.

　　B:您好，我是凯瑟琳。我打电话来是关于和刘先生今天下午会面的事。因为发生了一件意想不到的事，恐怕约会不得不改期了。很抱歉有这样的变动。

　　A:That is all right. Maybe we can make another arrangement.

　　A:那没什么。也许我们可以再安排个时间会面。

　　B:You are very kind to say so. Thank you. Do you think tomorrow moming would suit him?

　　B:非常感谢您能这么说。那您觉得明天上午对他合适吗？

　　A:l'm afraid there is a bit of a problem. in fact, he has booked up the whole week except tomorrow affernoon.

　　A:明天上午可能有点问题。事实上，除了明天下午之外，他这一周的其余时间都有安排了。

　　B:Tomorrow afternoon. Um... When do you think I can come and see him tomorrow afternoon?

　　B:明天下午。嗯……您认为我明天下午什么时间可以来见他？

　　A: Please let me check... Tomorrow afternoon... Yes, he'll be free from 3:00 tomorrow afternoon. Do you think it's convenient² for you?

　　A:我来查一查……明天下午……对，明天下午他三点以后就有空了。您认为这个时间对您方便吗？

　　B:Yes, that's quite all right for me. Can we change it?

　　B:好吧，这个时间对我也很合适。我们能确定就改到这个时间吗？

　　A:All right. Let's change it. Tomorrow afternoon at three. I am going to schedule it for that time and inform Mr.Liu about the change.

　　A:好的，咱们就定下来吧。明天下午三点。我会安排这个时间的预约，再把变更告诉刘先生。

　　B:Thank you very much. See you tomorrow afternoon.

　　B:多谢，明天下午见。

　　A:See you．
