　　截至目前，今年中央首轮巡视的26家央企中，已有21家的“体检报告”(examination report)出炉。其中，多家央企被指存在“四风”问题，即形式主义（formalism）、官僚主义（bureaucratism）、享乐主义（hedonism）和奢靡之风（extravagance）；在选人用人方面，多家央企存在“近亲繁殖”、“带病上岗”等问题。
