At a press conference following Monday’s meeting, Wang said the three countries should deepen reform in economic structure, innovation and industrial patterns. He also called for gaining more say for emerging markets through the frameworks of the Group of 20 and BRICS.
Wang said China is ready to take the opportunity of this year’s G20 summit to exchange views on new ways to speed up world economic recovery. The summit will be held in East China's Hangzhou city. The three parties agreed to keep working together to fight against terrorism, piracy, and illegal drug smuggling.
The Chinese Foreign Minister stressed that cooperation between Beijing, Moscow and New Delhi is an open mechanism.
“The Chinese side always values the cooperation mechanism between China-Russia and India,” Wang said.
“We are willing to further develop this three-way cooperation mechanism to make it more comprehensive, forward-looking, and pragmatic, as well as improve its importance in international affairs. We are fully confident about this mechanism.”
