D: Your what?

J: He's not going to be doing much talking for a while, we may as well go.

D: His what? 

J: Oh, his "mind palace". It's a memory technique,a sort of mental map.

You plot a map with a location,it doesn't have to be a real place. You deposit1 memories there.

Theoretically, you never forget anything.All you do is find your way back to it.

D: So this imaginary location could be anything, a house or a street? 

J: Yeah.
