　　A:I like the Honda Accord you showed me before. I think it's more practical for my needs.

　　A:我喜欢上次你介绍给我的那辆本田雅阁。它比较符合我的需求。

　　B:Alright, sir. You are making a good choice. Honda has made a lot of design improvements in the new Accord.

　　B:好的，先生。你选对了。本田在新款雅阁的设计上做了很多改进。

　　A:What does it come with standard?

　　A:基本配备是什么呢？

　　B:On all our new cars, the standards include: air conditioning, anti-lock brakes, air bags, and an AM/FM stereo with a CD player. But on the Accord, there is another standard item as well. The Accord comes with cruise control.

　　B:我们新车的基本配备包括：空调、防锁死煞车系统、气囊和带有AM/FM调频以及CD的音响。但是雅阁还有另一项基本配备，就是定速器。

　　A:Cruise control? I don't like that.

　　A:定速器？我不喜欢那个。

　　B:Why not, sir?

　　B:为什么不呢？

　　A:I think it's dangerous. What if I can't turn it off?

　　A:我觉得很危险，万一不能解除设定呢？

　　B:Well, sir, I know some of our customers are concerned about cruise control. But Honda has never had a single cruise control malfunction¹ that led to an accident.

　　B:嗯，先生，我知道有些顾客很在意定速器的问题。但是雅阀的车从来没有因为定速器故障而导致过意外事件。

　　A:I wish it didn't have cruise control. My wife doesn't like it either.

　　A:我希望不要有定速器，我太太也不喜欢。

　　B:You know, sir, you don't have to use it. You can turn it on or off. If you don't want to use it, you just never turn it on.

　　B:先生，你不必用到它。你可以激活或解除设定，如果你不想用，不要激活它就好。

　　A:I suppose. And What about the sunroof? Is that standard?

　　A:我想也是。那么天窗呢？是基本配备吗？

　　B:No, the sunroof is optional, sir.

　　B:不是。天窗是选择性的，先生。

　　A:I see.

　　A:我知道了。
