美国母女结婚被控乱伦 八年前曾与儿子也结过婚

　　It is unclear what motivated Patricia Ann Spann, 43, and her daughter, Misty¹ Velvet² Dawn Spann, 25, to wed³.

　　Under state law, marriage to a close relative is considered incest, regardless of whether a sexual relationship exists.

　　Investigators⁴ also found Patricia Spann married her son in 2008. He filed for an annulment⁵ 15 months later, citing "incest", say authorities.

　　此外，调查人员还发现帕特丽夏·斯潘在2008年和她儿子也结了婚。当局透露称，斯潘的儿子在15个月之后申请废止这一婚姻关系，称其为“乱伦”。

　　Police discovered the marriages late last month during a child welfare check-up.

　　警方是在上个月下旬的一场儿童福利检查中发现的斯潘和其女儿的婚姻关系。

　　Patricia Spann told investigators she had lost custody⁶ of her biological children as a young mother and only came into contact with her daughter two years ago.

　　She said they immediately "hit it off", according to a court affidavit⁷ cited by the Lawton Constitution newspaper.

　　Patricia Spann said the couple believed the union was legal, since she was not listed as the biological mother on her daughter's birth certificate. Each woman faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

　　帕特丽夏·斯潘认为这一婚姻关系是合法的，因为女儿出生证明上的生母不是她。如果最终被定罪的话，她们二人每人都将面临高达10年的监禁。
