　　These obsessions³ are typically intertwined with compulsions — repeated actions. The person has to do just to function. If someone is obsessed⁴ with germs, they might wash their hands over and over, even after they logically know that they are clean.

　　这些执着的行径通常和强迫行为相互交错，两者的共通点便是：当事人一定要一直重复做某些行为，才能够过活。假如某人对细菌很执着，就可能会一再地清洗自己的双手，即便理智上明知道自己的手是干净的。
