　　Yet, the warmly polite person is always deeply aware that the stranger irrespective of their status or outward dignity is a highly needy¹, fragile, confused, appetitive and susceptible² creature. And they know this about the stranger because they never forget this about themselves.

　　然而，温暖有礼的人始终深知，无论他们所面对的这个陌生人是什么样的地位或外表看来多庄重，私底下其实也都是极度需要被关怀的、很脆弱的、内心感到困惑的、爱吃的、情感丰富的人。而他们之所以会知道对方是这样的人，是因为他们从未忘记过自己其实也是这样。
