　　For those with the disorder¹, their obsession² feels out of their control. It can be debilitating³, and cleaning won't solve the problem. The obsessions⁴ are typically intertwined with compulsions—repeated actions the person has to do just to function.

　　对于患这种病的人来说，他们的执着感，是无法体会到自己控制欲。但它可能是很累人的，因为保持清洁无法解决问题的根源。而痴迷常与强迫交缠在一起--反复采取行动，他常常只是为了做而做。
