e.g.<1>We agreed to these conditions, you can’t back out now. A deal is a deal.
           我们都同意了这些条件，你不能反悔了。必须照合同办事。
     <2>I don’t care if you found a better price; a deal is a deal. You still have to pay me.
            你找到更合适的价钱与我无关，你必须要照合同办事付我钱。
