A second man is now in police custody1, accused of shooting five people, killing2 one at an off-campus party near Seton Hall University. US Marshals arrested Marcus Bascus in northeast Pennsylvania. He's charged with murder, conspiracy3 and weapons charges. Police alleged4 Bascus and 25-year-old Nicholas Welch tried to enter the party early Saturday morning. They were told they could not come in, and then returned moments later with a gun and started firing.

“The shooting apparently5 ended after he emptied his gun. He fired all five shots from the revolver.”

A 19-year-old student was killed in the shooting.

“Jessica Ann Moore is a beautiful reflection of self, a beautiful reflection of our family.”

Welsh, an unmarried father of two, made his first court appearance Wednesday, where he pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.

“Our babe wouldn't know. We don't let him do like that. He's a family guy seriously.”

His attorney said his client remains6 in shock over the whole thing. Bail has been set for two million dollars for both Welsh and Bascus
