    BEIJING, Dec. 22 (Xinhuanet) -- Susan Boyle will sing live in China on New Year's Eve, a local television broadcaster has announced（宣布）.
    The much-loved Scottish singing sensation1 has agreed to perform on December 31 in Nanjing, eastern China's Jiangsu Province, at the New Year's Eve concert hosted by Jiangsu Satellite TV, the broadcaster said on its website.
    Boyle will sing three songs during the gala, including her signature song, "I Dreamed a Dream".
    This will be Boyle's debut2 on the Chinese mainland, after the 49-year-old impressed the world with her stunning3 voice during the 2009 season of the TV talent show "Britain's Got Talent".
    "She has strict technical requirements for the concert, from lighting4 to stage design," Zhang Lingyan, director of Jiangsu Satellite TV concert, was quoted as saying.
