     BEIJING, March 28 (Xinhuanet) -- U.S. Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon formally married her entertainment（娱乐消遣） agent Jim Toth, according to media reports Sunday.

    Witherspoon, 35, and Toth, 40, held their 20-minute wedding ceremony Saturday at a six-acre ranch1 in front of 120 guests in Ojai, California.
    Wedding guests included A-list stars like Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Tobey Maguire and Renee Zellweger.
    Witherspoon's best friend Heather Rosenfield acted as her maid of honor.
    Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, her kids (with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe) were also reported to have participated in their mother's ceremony. Witherspoon ended her seven-year marriage to Phillippe in 2007.
