And one of the most wanted suspects in Rwanda's 1994 genocide has been arrested. Former intelligence chief, Idelphonse Nizeyimana, was taken into custody5 in Uganda. He is among the dozen most wanted suspects sought by the United Nations' court investigating the genocide.
