The Federal Opposition8 has called for a Royal Commission into the Government's failed insulation9 scheme. The Opposition environment spokesman Greg Hunt also says the families of the four installers who died deserve an apology. And ABC Four Corners investigation10 found Environment Department officials were warned that without proper training, installers were at risk of electrocution.
