Newsagent Min Lin, his wife, her sister and two other family members died in the attack. Mr Lin’s brother-in-law was arrested and charged yesterday. Police say he was motivated by money and jealousy6. 
 
A Senate inquiry7 into bank competition will release its report today. The inquiry was set up in October after the Government unveiled its banking8 reform package. The big banks, smaller lenders and regulators all gave evidence. The Australian Bankers’ Association says there’s already enough competition in the banking sector9.
