Iraq's PrimeMinister Nouri al-Maliki is urging Kurdish authorities to hand over thecountry's Sunni vice⁷ president. An arrest warrant has been issued for Tariqal-Hashemi, who is accused of organising terrorist hit squads¹¹.Mr Hashemi denies the allegations and says they are politically motivated.
