A bushfire threatening homes in Perth's eastern suburb is now under control. About 30 people had to be evacuated7, but they were allowed to return to their homes last night. One firefighter suffered minor8 injuries during the blaze. Roads to the airport had to be closed, causing minor flight delays. 
 
And a London court has sentenced two men convicted of a racist9 murder committed 18 years ago. Gary Dobson and David Norris have been sentenced to a minimum of 15 and 14 years respectively. The pair belongs to a gang of white youths who fatally stabbed a black teenager Stephen Lawrence back in 1993.
