You may notice that your perception of the buble wine chaneled gas escaped from it, and new reasearch founds that the concentration of gas depends on the glass. French researchers Mavey monitor the concentration of ehtanol carbon dioxide in each type of glass for 15 minutes after Champane was poured. It discovered that there's much higher concentration of carbon dioxide in tall flute than broader coupe. Infrared² imaging of the glass gives visual confirmation³. Although the glass shape did not affect the concentration of ethonal vapour, the temperature did. With chill champane for releasing in less ethona, but the same amount of carbon dioxide. The works in Journal publical Labarotary of Science One. Based on their finding, the researchs were able to construct a model for help carbon dioxide moves from liquid gas. And for Champane drinkers, finding may help them choose the perfect glass. Cheers.
