Greece has opened the way to another economic bailout after securing a deal to off load large parts of debts.Greece says more than 85% of its private creditors3 have signed up to a multi-billion Euro bond swap4.The agreement will cut the country's debt by more than 130 billion dollars.It's been welcomed by European leaders and the IMF,who say the conditions are now in place for a second round of bailout money to help the Athens to get back on its feet.
 
Germany's Finance Minister,Wolfgang Sch?uble says the global economy is not out of the woods yet and Greece still has a long way to go to repair its national finances.
 
It would be a big mistake to give the impression that the crisis has been resolved.They have an opportunity to solve it and they must use it.I must say that again,we are not over the hill yet,but we are on the right path.
