A gusty¹ cold front and trophies² crossing the south of the country bring isolated³ showers and storms. A broad rating of low pressure over the norther tropics and the trophing westeast Australia is also generating a rain and storms. 

Queensland fine across much of the state with scattered⁴ showers along the east coast over the northern reaches of Cap Peninsular. New South Wales could see some coast with showers in the north of the state. Mostly sunny elsewhere. To Victoria early morning forepatches in Gipsland and possible raining in southern parts. Mostly fine across the remainder of the state. Scattered showers about the north and west of Tasmania with the chance of rain northway easing during the day. South Australia will see possible isolated showers about kangroo island and below the southeast and far south of a peninsular. Showers also possible in the far west coast and possible districts fine and warm elsewhere. 

In west Australia isolated showers and thunderstorms across most of the state. Scattered showers about the north coast in the top end. Mostly sunny in the south.  

Looking ahead to tomorrow. And mostly sunny in Brisbane, afternoon showers for Sydney, a few showers in Canberra, isolated morning showers in Melbourne, partly cloudy in Hobart, mostly sunny elsewhere.
