出生于1977年,外交学院1996级国际法系学生。2010年3月14日,她接替资深翻译费胜潮,第一次出现在温总理两会记者会。这位外交部翻译室英文处副处长是胡锦涛、温家宝的首席翻译。

not…and…的否定式中被否定的往往是and后面的那一部分。译为unwaveringly carry out更为准确。 
骨肉之亲,析而不殊 
好!blood ties既传达了“骨肉至亲”的含义,又多了一层“血脉相连”之意,用以表达大陆和台湾人民的情谊很恰当。 
如将不尽,与古为新
这句话出自司空图的《二十四诗品》,强调创新的可能性和重要性。由于总理此处谈得主要是“改革”,译者在这里灵活将古诗的核心含义处理为“reform(改革)”,非常到位。 
行百里者半九十。 
这里译者理解不够准确。原文是说“百里之行的人,走到九十里,只算走了一半。”是表示起步容易,坚持到最后却难,而并非“半途而废”的意思。
