Protesters demanding from the top that world's third largest economy stay free of nuclear energy. Restarting nuclear reactors² is same as starting a war, said a protester. It's the same as murder. 

 

That populous³ rage boiled more than a year after hokoshima nuclear plant disaster, with reactors still spilling lethal⁴ rediation. Tens of thousands of evacuates⁵ near the plant unable to return home. Hokoshima is worst case scenario⁶ unifying⁷ public fear of nuclear energy. Post hokoshima, reactors has come off line in Japan one by one. And when they tried to turn back on, politicians of nutility are facing true fight from community. Japan becomes first major developed economy to see modern era without any nuclear energy.

 

That maybe easier said than done. 30% of Japan's energy came from nuclear. So what's currently keeping the power on, keeping Japan's factory running? Increase imports of foreign fossil fuel is a huge cost of the economy. And govt and .. is already saying it wont⁸ be able to keep up the pace in summer when energy demands peak. A leading ruling party politician .. laid out the ..We must think ahead the impact on Japan's economy and people's lives if all nuclear reactors are stopped. Japan's prime minister has promised a clear energy policy some time this year perhaps this summer. Right in the middle of biggest test of energy any developed economy has ever seen. ..CNN Tokyo.

 

Japan's industralization has several options for ways to get energy. What about smaller countries where everyone doesnt have easy access to an outlet⁹.
