So governments don’t tend to impose austerity until it’s absolutely necessary.But many cases as to show creditor⁷ that the government has a discipline, andmany cases to balance the budgets because no more money is available, and in manycases it’s about paying down debts because it would take too long to take thatdebt down if austerity measures went brought in.
