 CHANGCHUN, July 9 (Xinhua) -- Changchun Yatai was defeated by Dalian shide 0-1 in the 13th round of China Super League on Monday.

The match started in a sultry weather. Although Yatai dominated1 the first half, its players wasted lots of opportunities, and Dalian Shide's James scored the goal on the ninth minutes with a penalty2.
In the second half, Yatai kept on pushing forward and hoped to equalize. However Yatai could not seize even an opportunity. Although Yatai's coach Sablic made substitutions, the team still lost the match. It was Yatai's first loss3 in the past five rounds.
Yatai will next take on Shandong Luneng on July 14.
