4. A three-year-old girl has undergone a rare surgery in Africa to give her a new layer of skin. It's a common procedure in the US and Europe, but a rare accomplishment⁵ on the African Continent. The child suffered severe burns over 80% of her body after an accident at a family barbecue. Surgeons say she is a fighter.
