China's economy has slowed for a 7th quarter amid problems in Europe and the United States, hurting demand for its goods. The annual growth rate was down 0.2% in the third quarter to 7.4%. But some data shows there are signs the world's second biggest economy is stabilizing3 and rebounding4.
