 　　TIRANA, June 20 (Xinhua) -- As many as 8,153 domestic and foreign observers have been so far approved by the Central Election Commission (CEC) to monitor the general elections of Albania due on Sunday June 23.

　　According to the CEC, 564 out of 8,153 are foreign observers.
　　The observation missions are mainly composed of representatives of various international organizations and election experts, members of Albanian civil society organizations involved in the democratization and good-governance processes as well as representatives of the diplomatic missions accredited1 in Tirana.
