Documents obtained by the ABC show attempts were made to listen to the phone conversations of Indonesia's president and those close to him. About 90 minutes later, shots were fired at a major bank, but no one was injured. A car was then hijacked6 and the attacker forced the driver to drop him on the Champs-Elysees where he disappeared into the crowd. 
 
And finally a complex and risky7 operation has begun at the crippled Fukushima nuclear power plant. Japanese workers are removing 1500 radioactive fuel rods from one of four reactors8. The entire process is expected to take more than a year.
