 Parts of the Western Australia's Pilbara coast are in lockout as a severe tropical cyclone1 closes in on the coast. And Victoire has been named the overall winner of the Sydney to Hobart yacht race. The yacht skippered by Darryl Hodgkinson crossed the line yesterday morning after two days and 19 hours at sea.
