Teen pop star Justin Bieber has been arrested on drag-racing1, driving under the influence and resisting arrest charges.
Miami Beach Police Chief said Bieber was caught drag racing on a main thoroughfare in a rented yellow Lamborghini with a red Ferrari near a South Beach tourist district.
