Demands come along shuttles over this bald check point,just beyond thousands of Russian troops, a mension. The US fear this old told wolfer maybe ready the role into this corner of northeast  Ukraine. 
It may  simply be an effort to terminy  Ukrain  or maybe at they get additional plans.
