The government wants to extend the program making it mandatory7 for all job seekers under 50 unless they are in specified8 training. 
 
And the wreck9 of the Costa Concordia cruise liner has made its final voyage to the Port of Genova where it'll be dismantled10. The ship capsized off the Tuscan island of Giglio 2.5 years ago killing11 32 people.
