More than ten new alleged4 victims of jailed Australian entertainer Rolf Harris have reportedly come forward. Britain's Sunday Times says the alleged victims are from Britain, Australia, and New Zealand. Harris was jailed for more than five years for assaulting four girls. 
 
And new research shows that rising power bills are continuing to cause stress among some Australians. Earnston Yang has surveyed 650 households in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. One in eight said they had missed a bill payment in the last 12 months because they couldn't afford to pay.
