3. After a ceasefire deal was reached in, after all-night negotiations⁵ between Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany, skepticism remains⁶ in Ukraine. Protesters gathered in rebel-held Donestk , hours after the peace deal was reached. A previous ceasefire in September was violated repeatedly. 

 

4. And the city of Brotherly love is selected as the host of next democratic national convention. Mayor Michael Nutter⁷ celebrated⁸ the big win with cheers as the DNC chair called the news. Phil last hosted the convention in 1948.
