　　How many calories are in a tablespoon of salad dressing¹? Try 74 for creamy bleu cheese，72 for oil and vinegar一plus 7 or 8 grams of fat! Even sour creann has half the calories and fat of salad dressing.And then there’s quantity. When was the last time you used just a single dollop of dressing on your salad?

　　Use only low-calorie dressing. Better yet,pass on the oil and sprinkle your salad with wine vinegar,balsamic vinegar or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a little pepper and salt.Or skip the dressing altogether and use saucy² foods.instead. Spaghetti,chili and pizza,for instance,are great on salad greens. Fresh salads are really a lot more interesting when they’re not drowned in dressigng.
