Ithink as i said before, it is a crossroads, i'm in the same position now as muchpeople in my year group or my rank would be in, because i'm a non-grad slightly behindeverybody else, and most of the guys i joined with at the time have alreadyleft for numerous2 reasons, but it is a case of, right, if we move on then moreresponsibilities come, and i suppose with wanting to take on slightly more ofthis role, i don't really feel though i will be in the right position to takeon the careers of more soldiers, and take on the responsibility3 of continuing tofly for instance4, so it is a balance and i've tried to get the balance right over the lastsix or seven to a year before i finish, and it was getting hard and as i saidi'm at a crossroads.
