1.  Memorials grew near the site of deadly mass shooting in San Bernardino, California. FBI officials are still investigating motive¹ of the attack that left 14 people dead. 

 

2. Emergency rescue teams have been deployed² in northern England, as storm sparked slash³ floods across the region. Families were evacuated⁴ by members of military as flood conditions persist. 

 

3. Jews around the world are marking the start of 8 days festival of Hanukkah. In Jerusalem, prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu lit a menorah in old city to mark the first night of the holiday. 

 

4. And in Australia, runners done their holiday best for charity . Thousands runners dressed in Santa,  took to the streets for the variety of fun runner in city.
